- Complete account setup. You will receive an electronic signature request by email. Once returned, we notify you of your approval status within 1–2 business days.
- Terminal programming. After approval, our team programs your terminal remotely and provides the password to initiate it.
- Start accepting payments. Plug it in, power it on, and you are live.

Answers before you buy.
Does the terminal work right out of the box?
Not immediately, and that's by design. Your terminal ships unprogrammed and needs to be connected to a merchant account before it can process anything. Once your account is approved, our team programs it remotely and sends you the password to activate it. Please don't try to configure it yourself — you'll only lock yourself out of a device we'd have to reset anyway.
How long until I'm taking payments?
Call us and we'll collect your business information and open your account. You'll get an electronic signature request by email, and once it's back with us you'll hear your approval status within 1–2 business days. Programming happens right after that, so most merchants are live within a few days of ordering.
Do I need a merchant account, or can I use my current processor?
You'll need a merchant account with us — we set it up as part of your order at no extra cost. These terminals are programmed to your account, so they don't transfer to another processor. If you're currently under contract elsewhere, tell us when you call and we'll talk through the timing before you buy.
Which terminal should I get?
The P1 stays put — it's for a fixed checkout counter, wired or on WiFi. The P3 goes wherever you do, with a full-day battery, cellular, and a built-in printer, so it suits table service and food trucks. The P5 is the smallest, with a barcode scanner, made for delivery, curbside, and busting a line. If you're between two, call us and describe your day; we'll tell you which one fits.
What if something goes wrong?
Reach us Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Central, by phone or email — and after hours, text (469) 352-4409. Same number before you buy and after. A terminal down mid-shift is a real problem, so we don't route you through a queue to get to a person.
